Lamar University’s Setzer Student Center hosted a Movie Under the Stars event as part of Week of Welcome, Jan. 20.

The free event featured “Space Jam: A New Legacy” and students were treated to free snacks including Lay’s chips, Fritos and Cheeto Puffs, as well as A&W Root Beer and Sprite.

Week of Welcome events continue through Saturday and conclude with Late Night at the Rec, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Sheila Umphrey Recreational Sports Center.
